Initially we meet with the leadership team to gain a clear understanding of what the organisation is striving to achieve. Following this we spend our time with the management team creating enthusiasm and momentum as well as sharing and practicing tried and tested management skills and techniques so that they are genuinely motivated and equipped with a ‘practical tool box’ to utilise on their return to the workplace, creating and sustaining meaningful impact.
Designed to suit businesses with smaller management teams or for organisations that want their managers to become part of a wider management community where they can learn from the experiences and challenges that other managers in similar roles have.
These sessions run in morning or afternoon sessions over a 6 week period during which your manager will share and practice tried and tested management skills and techniques creating a ‘practical tool box’ to utilise once back in the workplace.
